The Pennsylvania Water Resource Act Co-Sponsored by Representative P. Michael Sturla will charge Pa. Businesses Including refineries, industrial plants, the drilling of natural gas wells, powerhouses ETC for water usage integral to the operation of the facilities. The expenses of charging for such water usage will be astronomical and will jeopardize the operations of facilities as well as jobs.
