Tell Congress To Overturn The EPA’s Decision Allowing California To Ban The Sales of New Gas, Diesel and Traditional Hybrid Vehicles:
The Labor& Energy Alliance has been long discussing the California Waiver and the Congressional Review Act/CRA and its potential effects on our jobs and our industry. Alongside our efforts, our member organization, the AFPM, has also been educating the public, workforce, key stakeholders and elected officials on the issues.
Now Congress has an opportunity, this coming week, On Monday, 4/28/25, to overturn the EPA’s decision allowing California to ban the sales of new gas, diesel and traditional hybrid vehicles via a CRA resolution. We are encouraging Congress to support a CRA resolution to overturn the ban.
